Refund Policy

Due to the nature of photography services, retainers and booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for completed photography services or delivered digital images. In the event that Chels Ariana Photography is unable to fulfill contracted services due to emergency circumstances, all payments received will be refunded or a suitable replacement photographer will be arranged when possible.
